Employees are expected to work from our office in Padulle di Sala Bolognese (BO) 2-3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days.
Overview
supporta il Marketing Manager nella definizione e nell'implementazione delle attività di marketing
Responsibilities
Analysis of target markets, especially categories of make-up and at-home hair coloring (monitoring launches, assortments, promotional activities of competitors, pricing and display materials).
Implementation of Go-to-Market campaigns with development of support materials (display, catalogs, POP materials, cartoplastic, etc.).
Management of relationships with suppliers and external agencies, including briefing, progress monitoring and project closure.
Preparation of marketing presentations for the sales force and clients.
Analysis of sell-in and sell-out data to evaluate commercial performance.
Development of support materials for the sales force and Commercial division (price lists, canvases, etc.).
Support for the development of the make-up merchandising area, coordinating with external agencies: updating planograms, managing new openings and re‑styling of retail points, improving brand visibility with major retailers.
Management of trade promotional plans tailored to individual clients: definition, sharing, implementation and execution.
Co‑ordination, with the team, of the social plan (Instagram and Facebook – @revlonitalia) and communication activities, managing external agencies.

Qualifications
Degree in economics/marketing.
Preferably a marketing master.

Salary: 32.800€ - 35.000€ per year.
