Role Overview
This role sits in the CEO's office and exists to reduce operational load, increase execution speed, and improve decision follow-through .
It is a hands-on execution role in a fast-growing medical deeptech company, designed for a high-potential early-career professional who wants exposure to complex decision-making and company-wide operations.
Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and communications end to end
Filter, prioritize, and structure inbound requests and information
Prepare concise briefs, notes, and materials for meetings and decisions
Track follow-ups and execution across cross-functional initiatives
Coordinate logistics and cadence for leadership meetings
Support selected leadership team members on operational coordination
Introduce basic structure, templates, and routines where needed
Requirements
0-4 years of professional experience
Strong execution, organization, and prioritization skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable with fast-changing priorities and ambiguity
Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable
Willing to work primarily on-site in Soleto (LE), Southern Italy
Reporting & Scope
Reports directly to the CEO
Supports the CEO first, then the broader leadership team as capacity allows
Compensation (Indicative)
RAL: €28k – €35k
Performance-based bonus
