Core Requirements and Logistics Primary Skill Set: SAP HCM Payroll with a focus on Italian localization and legal requirements.

Target Start Date: ASAP Duration: Typically 3 to 6 months.

Location: Must be based in Italy.

100% Remote, with occasional short onsite visits to collect project requirements (typically in Rome or at client sites) - expenses paid Working Hours: Flexible, determined by the urgency of payroll activities and project deadlines.

Language: Proficiency in Italian is essential for payroll legalities and client requirements gathering.
