Job Description Are you passionate about retail and store design? We are seeking a proactive individual to oversee the development and execution of store openings and refurbishments, bringing expertise from your studies and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include: Managing construction and refit projects independently; Overseeing project phases from conception to completion, identifying and resolving potential issues; Estimating project costs and presenting budgets for approval; Ensuring projects commence and conclude on time and within budget, complying with legal requirements; Supervising tendering and construction phases, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards; Collaborating with internal teams in Italy and headquarters to ensure smooth project execution; Providing regular updates to stakeholders regarding project progress; Contributing to project planning and strategy; Performing additional activities as required by management. Candidate Profile To succeed in this role, you should have: A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; At least 5 years of experience in retail project management, either as an employee or freelancer; Strong knowledge of building, urban planning, administrative, and safety regulations; Proficiency with technical and surveying tools, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Excel; Willingness to travel frequently within Italy; Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
