Tasks During Bidding Phase
As a Production Planner, you will support the FABCOM department with activities such as:
* Supporting procurement and fabrication strategy definition, project scheduling, and man-hours estimation based on bidding documentation and material data.
At Project Start-up
* Supporting project scheduling related to fabrication activities, defining engineering and procurement deliverables dates.
* Contributing to the preparation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and estimating man-hours.
During Project Execution
* Preparing cycled man-hours and operative planning.
* Monitoring actual vs. cycled man-hours and producing ETC analysis.
* Supporting decision-making for project modifications with qualitative and quantitative analyses.
* Uploading project data and feedback into the yard management system.
* Supporting continuous operational improvements.
* Coordinating pre-fabrication and fabrication activities to manage workload and manpower.
* Developing multi-project production plans to evaluate manpower and external resources.
* Issuing the project execution plan.
* Assessing the impact of subcontractor claims on time and cost.
QUALIFICATIONS : Master’s Degree in Management, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
LANGUAGE : English B2/C1 proficiency.
CONTRACT TYPE : Permanent contract.
EXPERIENCE : Minimum 4-7 years in production planning.
IT SKILLS : Advanced MS Office.

* Flexibility and availability for offshore rotation on vessels worldwide.
LOCATION : Willing to relocate to worldwide sites or work remotely.
