Rangers Battistolli is seeking aControl Room Supervisorto be assigned to amajor multinational company operating in the IT sector, within adata center environment.
The Control Room Supervisor is responsible for theoperational supervision of the assigned shiftwithin the data center control room.
The role involvescoordinating security personnel, managingaccess control activities, supportingloss prevention and incident management, and ensuringfull compliance with security procedures and company standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise physical security operations during the assigned shift.
Monitor video surveillance systems and manage temporary access badges.
Manage access authorizations and maintain records and reports in accordance with operational procedures.
Coordinate, assign, and provide operational support to security personnel.
Review and approve end-of-shift reports.
Manage shift handovers and communicate relevant incidents.
Identify and report critical issues or procedural violations.
Propose improvements to security processes and programs.
Support internal audits and unannounced inspections.
Perform additional tasks as required by the Site Security Manager.
RequisitiMinimum Requirements
Minimum age: 18 years.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of experience in the security field or in related roles.
Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
Strong computer skills.
Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening (background checks).
Legal eligibility to work.
Availability to work on shifts.

Knowledge of security procedures and access control systems.

Physical and Environmental Working Conditions
The role is performed within an operational data center, a structured and high-security environment.
Employees must be able to work under the following conditions:
Prolonged standing and frequent movement during shifts.
Walking, patrolling, and remaining on duty for extended periods in both indoor and outdoor areas of the site.
Ability to bend, kneel, stretch, and use security equipment.
Continuous use of electronic devices (computers, monitoring systems, metal detectors).
Work in climate-controlled environments, with possible temperature variations between operational areas.
Exposure to background noise generated by technical equipment (within safety standards).
Requirement to maintain a high level of concentration and attention to detail for extended periods.
Professional and controlled handling of stressful situations, emergencies, or unexpected events.
Frequent interaction with internal staff, vendors, and visitors.
Availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs.
All duties require strict compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and the proper use of any required personal protective equipment (PPE).
