Role Description
This is a remote Junior Success Engineer role for a high-potential STEM profile. You will not be a traditional account manager; you will be an analyst who bridges the gap between complex business hypotheses and multi-agent digital modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Istrice Protocol: Mastering\ "the right distance\"—maintaining empathy for client complexity while applying surgical objectivity to simulation data.
* Scientific Validation: Translating business assumptions into structured parameters for our virtual laboratories.
