About the Role
The Electrophysiology (EP) Field Clinical Specialist provides clinical product and technical support, training physicians, lab staff, and sales teams on Boston Scientific's EP products. The role involves supporting procedures, developing client relationships, and exceeding business goals.
Your responsibilities will include :
* Providing clinical support during procedures and troubleshooting.
* Educating customers and internal teams on EP devices via presentations and demonstrations.
* Attending hospital lab cases for support and development.
* Training development teams and sales representatives on EP products and features.
* Traveling to meet clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate product solutions.
* Building relationships within hospital departments to facilitate sales.
* Responding to customer needs and resolving product issues collaboratively.
What are we looking for in you :
* Recent biomedical graduates or professionals with EP experience preferred.
* Ability to communicate complex technical and clinical information.
* Fluent in the local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
* Adaptability to a dynamic marketplace.
* Strong team player, collaborative, relationship-builder.
* Self-motivated, influential, flexible, and persistent.
* Willing to travel extensively as required.
