What You Will Have to Do
* Develop high quality user interface designs that prioritize usability and user engagement
* Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into functional and visually appealing designs
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively
* Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
* Ensure consistency and coherence across all elements of the user interface, including layout, typography, color, and iconography
* Present ideas effectively and handle feedback constructively
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design and incorporate them into our design process
* Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
What You Must Know
Technical Skills
* 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications
* Portfolio showcasing previous UI design work
* Proficiency in Figma for design creation and collaboration
* Ability to create responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is considered a strong plus

* Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
* Encouragement of feedback and constructive criticism
* Effective presentation skills to communicate design ideas and handle feedback constructively
* Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in UI design and incorporating them into the design process
