As an Energy & Broadband Complaints Expert, you will join Plenitude Societa Benefit 's Level 2 Complaints team. Specifically, your team will manage written complaints and requests for information from customers relating to all customer management processes.
Key tasks
- End-to-end management of complaints and requests for information from customers or their representatives relating to the entire contract lifecycle, from the acquisition phase to the post-acquisition phases, in both the energy and broadband sectors.
- Management of issues referred to in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 (Privacy Code)
- Identify and resolve potential process bottlenecks, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support in defining needs, designing and implementing initiatives on relevant topics, and continuously improving customer operations processes.
Required characteristics
- Master's degree in engineering or law/economics. Different and/or lower qualifications and fields of study may be considered if significant experience in the role is demonstrated.
- At least 3 years of experience preferably in complex organizations in the retail energy or telco world or in leading consultancy firms with participation in projects in retail energy or telco companies
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Word, Excel, Power Point and Access
- Good knowledge of the English language
The profile is completed by
- Having acquired expertise in drafting and analyzing business processes, through experience in designing/optimizing operations processes and data analysis, is an advantage.
- Knowledge and ability to use data collection and processing platforms and "big data" such as Databricks will be considered a plus.
