You'll feel supported in developing your skills and qualities, stimulated to learn by growing both personally and professionally.Let's Evolve Iconic and create a new exciting chapterThe part you'll playYou will join our Headquarter in Florence as part of the Information Technology Department, reporting to the to the IT Senior Manager able to capture corporate & local business needs mainly coming from Commercial Departments (Showroom, Customer Service, Pricing and Merchandising) and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT changes initiatives related to SAP and Legacy systems.You will be responsible for:Collect stakeholder needs, qualify requests and manage them within the release programDraft functional and technical analysis able to provide tech requirements to the internal or external ABAP resourcesPerform SAP system configurations on both minor enhancements and complex projectsCoordinate/supervise the different performed by external/internal providers within the solutions development lifecycleParticipate in the testing stages from design, execution, integration and acceptance, providing adequate business process knowledgeManage day to day application management operation for SAP Systems, according to service management standard processesAct as a subject-matter expert for your stakeholders answering questions and providing guidance when neededEnsure that the business value of the developed IT solutions is consistent with the business outcome expected through all the development lifecycleSupervise activities performed by external providers within the solutions development lifecycleWhat you'll bring:Degree in engineering or information technology or similar4-5 years' experience with SAP SD ,including, Master data, Sales, Distribution and Billing/Invoice in a project environment; knowledge of SAP provisioning/deprovisioning/profiles is a plus2+ full life cycle project implementationProven experience in national/international projects or structured IT dept, Fashion/Retail industry experience is a plusHave good knowledge on iDoc interface in SD areaAutonomous, ability to progress and deliver results by yourselfFluency in Italian and EnglishOUR DEI COMMITMENT TO YOUAt Ferragamo, you can play your part and express your uniqueness.
