CONTEXT The Global Application & Processes Manager is responsible for collaborating across multiple stakeholders to lead project activities, including preparing deliverables, designing processes, and managing business partner iterations. This role involves defining current and future business processes within the Menarini Group, identifying issues and risks, suggesting mitigation strategies, and driving technological solutions. Responsibilities include system configuration, updates, troubleshooting, and working closely with Solution Architects and Infrastructure Leads for system setup. The manager will also gather customer requirements, translate them into clear documentation, develop business cases, and deliver cost-effective solutions while tracking feedback for continuous improvement. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Mapping and analyzing business processes and their impacts Modeling current ('as-is') and future ('to-be') processes Identifying improvements in business operating models aligned with objectives Benchmarking emerging technologies and advocating for their adoption Acting as Change Manager in organizational projects Supporting key users and process owners through change management Collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and opportunities Project Management and Execution Interacting with key users and process owners Gathering and analyzing requirements Designing technical solutions Managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources Leading or participating in multiple projects, including documentation and prioritization Managing external providers and vendor relationships Configuring and implementing software applications Overseeing system integration and maximizing platform value Monitoring progress, risks, and change requests Driving user adoption through change management and communication Managing project budgets and expenditures Supporting post-go-live activities and continuous improvements Application Maintenance and Continuous Improvement Gathering feedback and lessons learned Identifying and addressing improvement areas Monitoring vendor performance and SLAs Tracking maintenance budgets and ensuring system governance and compliance Business Applications Management Managing the lifecycle of business applications Overseeing end-to-end integration processes Collaborating with vendors and driving contractual negotiations Supporting cross-functional system optimization JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science English proficiency: minimum B2 level Professional experience: At least 5 years in a similar role within an international or consulting company Experience in transformation initiatives as a Functional Analyst Deep knowledge of Demand to Stock processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing, GxP compliance, and complex operational landscapes Proven success in leading IT projects implementing business applications like ERP, MES, Serialization Software Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and experience with SAP Plant Maintenance or similar systems Experience with calibration management, C&Q systems, and relevant ERP platforms Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI is advantageous Additional skills: Experience in digital innovation and organizational design Analytical, problem-solving, and data handling skills Proactivity, stakeholder management, teamwork, and excellent communication skills Familiarity with Google Suite preferred J-18808-Ljbffr
