Job Description We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Senior High-Frequency Circuit Design Engineer to join our growing IC team. While our core team has a presence in Istanbul, this role is open to global applicants for remote work. As a key member of our design team, your responsibilities will be to drive the full cycle of IC development. You will be responsible for:
Designing cutting-edge, high-frequency RF and broadband circuits for optical communications and high-speed data transmission, including TIAs, Modulator Drivers, VCOs, LNAs, and broadband amplifiers. Driving transistor-level circuit design, layout, and simulation with a specialized focus on bipolar (HBT) architectures at high and mm-Wave frequencies. Applying a deep system-level understanding of optical communication networks and complex RF applications to your component design. Participating across the entire product lifecycle, including product definition, specification reviews, feasibility analysis, and architecture selection. Overseeing top-level physical verification and floor planning, as well as supporting post-silicon validation and lab measurement activities. Utilizing advanced CAD tools for rigorous design, modeling, and layout extraction.
Qualifications Electrical/Electronic Engineer with a BS degree and 5+ years of experience, an MS degree and 3+ years of experience, or a PhD degree and 2+ years of experience specifically in advanced high-frequency technologies (e.g., SiGe BiCMOS, InP). Demonstrated, hands-on experience in bipolar (HBT) circuit design at extremely high frequencies. A profound understanding of high-speed/broadband RF and analog IC design methodologies for optical communication applications. Extensive experience with EDA tools such as Cadence, ADS, CST, EMPro, and EMX. Proficiency in top-down CAD workflows and physical design considerations for high-frequency routing. Knowledge of and experience with 3D EM Modeling and Simulation is highly preferred. Experience taking complex high-frequency blocks from concept through tape-out to successful silicon characterization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A PhD degree is highly preferable.
