Daily Management of shift:
Administrative management of associatesJob allocation to associatesMonitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safetyMonitoring the status of counts and problem‐solving queues
Responsible for shift quality and associated action plansPreparing and implementing training and development plans for associatesConduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective workstations on a daily basisStand‐in for Area Manager
Basic Qualifications
1+ year(s) experience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsHigh school diploma or equivalentWork a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysCan lift up to 49 pounds; stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours; frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and xjrgpwk reach
Preferred Qualifications
Work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required
