\nAs a Customer Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with Philips customer. New projects will be developed in partnership with the customer to address clinical needs while highlighting the strengths and capabilities of our system. Continuous collaboration, guided by project management principles, will ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of Philips’ strategic objectives.\n
Your role:

- You will play a key role in driving strategic healthcare IT projects for Philips customer in Reggio Emilia, supporting the evolution of radiology and clinical workflows beyond standard operations.
\n
- By enabling the deployment of innovative solutions and cross-department workflows, you will directly contribute to improving clinical efficiency, collaboration, and patient care across multiple hospitals.
\n
\nTeam and stakeholder environment\n
\n
- You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary stakeholder network, including hospital clinical teams, IT departments, third-party vendors, and internal Philips experts.
\n
- Internally, you will collaborate with Enterprise Informatics service teams, including remote technical support based in Genoa and regional service management.
\n
- You will be part of an experienced PACS/RIS services organization, while acting as the primary Philips interface for customer-facing projects.

You’re the right fit if:

\n
- You have initial experience (1–2 years) in project coordination, consulting, customer-facing roles, or healthcare/IT environments, ideally involving complex stakeholders.
\n
- You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, organizing meetings and workshops, analysing workflows, and translating customer needs into structured project actions. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential.
\n
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
\n
- You are fluent in Italian and able to work in English, are willing to travel regularly between hospital sites in the Reggio Emilia area, and are motivated to grow your career in healthcare technology and project management .
\n
