Global Legal Internship | Start date: June | 6 months | Milan
For our Milan office, we are looking for a talented individual to join the team.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Group Legal Department.
Responsibilities
Drafting and reviewing national and international commercial contracts, including supply, services, distribution, NDA and consultancy agreements.
Support in day-by-day legal advisory on civil and commercial law matters to internal stakeholders.
Support in corporate law and company secretarial activities (corporate documentation, governance processes, reporting duties, etc.).
Conduct legal research on a wide range of topics (civil, commercial, regulatory).
Assist in the preparation of legal memos and opinions.
Interact with different business functions (Finance, Marketing, IT, HR) and coordinate with external legal counsel when needed.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Law.
Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
Strong interest in commercial and corporate law.
Ability to work in a structured and dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and precision.
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
