We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners. /p h3Job Description /h3 pEnfinity Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager with a team player approach and extensive knowledge of constructions and projects of PV plants in Italy. The Manager will be responsible for supporting active projects in Italy in construction, and the following commissioning activities. /p h3Responsibility/Duties /h3 ul liCoordination and management of the construction projects from conception to completion. /li liCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to review plans and specifications. /li liManage contract negotiations and other agreements with EPC and OM. /li liHire, supervise, and motivate subcontractors and construction crews. /li liDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. /li liSecure permits and ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations. /li liMonitor projects progress and identify and address any potential issues proactively. /li liManage project budget and identify cost-saving opportunities. /li liEnsure a safe work environment and enforce all safety protocols. /li liCoordinate an internal Site Managers team. /li liCoordinate external services providers, e.g., owner engineering, environmental advisers, health safety supervision services, etc. /li liHandle and provide all close-out documentation to Asset Management team at completion of the projects. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEngineering degree (preferable). /li liSolid knowledge and understanding of the solar PV industry. /li liIn depth experience in PV Construction Management, either in EPC and/or Owner perspectives. /li liTeam player, high level of organization, time management and autonomy. /li liAbility to effectively manage multiple projects and business relationships. /li liStrong written and oral communication skills. /liliGood level of English, oral and written, Italian and Spanish is a plus. /li liDomain of MS Office, good knowledge of MS Project and CAD. /li liAvailable to travel and stays in project sites in various locations when required. /li /ul pIn Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
