GRS Recruitment are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Corporate and AML Officer to join our client’s team in Nicosia. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to manage corporate administration matters independently, while confidently supporting AML compliance requirements. If you feel you have the necessary skills, please apply today for this Nicosia based role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage company incorporations and maintain accurate, up-to-date corporate records.
2. Handle corporate administration matters, including UBO Registry submissions and filings with the Registrar of Companies.
3. Liaise with clients, service providers, and professional directors.
4. Assist with AML compliance and confidently apply internal AML procedures.
5. Draft, review, and interpret basic corporate documentation, including Board Resolutions, Powers of Attorney, and Registrar applications.
6. Handle trademark registration applications in Cyprus and with the EUIPO.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
7. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Corporate Administration and/or AML Compliance.
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
9. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
11. Proactive problem-solver with a positive and professional attitude.
12. Ability to work independently, think critically, and suggest process improvements.
13. Solid understanding of corporate law and compliance requirements.
14. Experience with Zygos software is aplus
15. Knowledge of BVI corporate requirements is a plus
16. Knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plusLaw degree or legal background is a plus.
