The Role
To strengthen our IT Team, we are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Security Coordinator, responsible for coordinating IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational IT processes, ensuring continuity, reliability, and compliance with company and Group policies.
The role works in close collaboration with the LELIT CTO, ensuring alignment and integration with the BRG operating model.
The person we are looking for will be responsible for:
* coordinating and managing IT ticketing activities for offices, production, and logistics, as well as second-level support, ensuring proper handling of requests and adherence to operational priorities;
* supervising the IT infrastructure (network, servers, virtualization, systems);
* monitoring networks and servers, ensuring operational continuity;
* defining and overseeing cybersecurity, backup, and system recovery policies;
* ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate procedures (e.g. GDPR, NIS2);
* proposing methodological improvements and process automation;
* interfacing with suppliers, external consultants, and technology partners;
* supporting new infrastructure projects and plant expansions, ensuring security and business continuity.
You are the right fit if you have:
* IT-focused technical diploma or a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
* solid experience in similar roles (5+ years with a degree / 8+ years with a diploma);
* experience coordinating IT teams or operational activities;
* strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems;
* experience in cybersecurity (endpoint protection, SOC, SIEM);
* knowledge of servers, clustering, virtual machines, and virtualized environments;
* experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity;
* excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (C1)
* good command of the English language (B2);
* good organizational skills, responsiveness, and ownership mindset.
