We are seeking a junior profile to join Deloitte Consulting at the Vicenza office, working in a Hybrid mode.
Deloitte Consulting's business focuses on supporting clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of services offered, also leveraging new technologies.
The Junior resource will be part of a team, working alongside senior colleagues, and will be responsible for:
* Proactively interpreting the needs of colleagues and clients, identifying coherent methodologies and approaches
* Developing initiatives and solutions independently, collecting and structuring data, and conducting analyses to support business decisions
* Identifying potential risks and critical issues and sharing them promptly with the team
* Collaborating effectively within diverse and international teams
* Membership in Protected Categories Art. 1 Law 68/99
* Holding a STEM degree
* Interest in being part of a consulting environment and supporting colleagues
* Familiarity with ERP platforms
* Strong interest and propensity for new technologies and IT
