Opportunity
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our HR Team.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
* Management of the entire recruitment and selection process, from job advertisement posting to the preparation of employment offers
* Design, organization, and management of training programs
* Support in personnel management
* Management of internships, school-to-work programs, and relationships with educational institutions and universities
* HR Project management
To be successful in this role you'll need to have:
* Degree in Law, Economics, Psychology or a related field
* At least 1-2 years of experience in the role
* Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills
* Fluency in both Italian and English
Nice To Have
* Experience in the metalworking industry
* Knowledge of CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria
