OverviewFor a leading Client in its sector, we are searching for a Senior Manufacturing & Process Engineer, who will be responsible for providing technical support to two plants, one in Italy and one in Germany. The role includes ownership of tool development, tool manufacturing and in-house spare parts production for the entire Business Unit. The role will report to the Plant Manager.Responsibilities
Provide technical support for plant departments regarding technical problems and specific CAPEX/OPEX/CR/PPW projectsDefine a roadmap to ensure competitiveness between the two production sites, including equipment usage and metal specification optimizationCollaborate with TAM (technical account manager) on lacquering systems and backupsInitiate or execute design phases for CAPEX related to component manufacturingRegularly visit Germany, Czech Republic, and England plants for technical alignment and opportunity identificationDeliver problem-solving training sessionsSupport TAMs, CI, and Quality Control in claim management and best practice implementationOptimize tooling supply strategy and validate alternative backupsSupport the new Presses Department Manager at the italian plant

Qualifications
Technical degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred)Extensive training in component technologies and toolmaking5–10 years of manufacturing experienceProven experience in process improvementFluency in English and ltalianAutocad expertRoot-cause problem solving, analytical thinking, data-driven decision making, project management, strong communication skillsMotivation, responsibility, accuracy and reliability. Follow high standard projects.Availability to travel
