Experteer OverviewIn this role you drive end-to-end national and international talent acquisition with a data-driven mindset, partnering with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and leadership to align candidate quality with business needs.

You shape employer branding and talent attraction programs, build and maintain pipelines, and optimize recruitment KPIs to improve processes.

You will collaborate across cross-functional teams in a structured, international environment and contribute to the development of TA and employer branding initiatives.

This is a strategic position for shaping how Trevi Group attracts and retains top talent at scale.Retribuzione / BenefitsMap candidates to business needs and skills requirementsManage end-to-end recruitment processes with stakeholders until closureSource and scout on ATS and external channels, build passive pipelinesDraft and publish job postings on career sites and recruiting channelsCoordinate with external partners (agencies, headhunters, service providers)Analyze recruiting KPIs and report findings to HR leadership to drive improvementsDevelop and oversee employer branding, value proposition and external imageSupport academy and talent attraction activities with universities and programsEnhance candidate experience through clear, respectful processes and relationship nurturingMaintain and update CV database and Open Positions on ATS/university platformsCollaborate on attraction and selection initiatives for internal development pathsTravel as needed within country or abroadResponsabilitàKnowledge of recruitment techniques and proactive sourcingExperience in structured interviews and support in selection with Hiring Manager and HRKnowledge of Employer Branding and candidate experience principlesAbility to report and analyze recruiting KPIs; proficient in Excel and xjrgpwk PowerPointGood command of English (B2)Familiarity with ATS and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter); Oracle HCM familiarity appreciatedKnowledge of recruiting procedures/policies and process standardizationAptitude and behavioral tests knowledge appreciatedKnowledge of national collective labor agreement and labor regulations (metalworking/construction)Knowledge of competitors and labor market in relevant sectorsExperience with staffing agencies and recruitment playersUnderstanding of AI applications in recruiting and evaluation of HR technologiesAbility to travel for work
