Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Responsibilities
- Build and implement the global Talent Acquisition strategy for all companies within the group
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internationally positions
- Develop scalable processes, tools and best practices for all markets
- Strengthen employer branding and build global talent pipelines
- Partner with leaders to define role requirements and workforce planning needs
- Implement and optimize ATS and digital recruitment tools
- Track and report TA performance using data-driven insights
Requirements
- 5+ years of international Talent Acquisition experience required
- Must be fluent in English
- Proven ability to build or scale TA processes from the ground up
- Strong knowledge of global recruitment methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, agile mindset and the ability to thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments
