A successful pharmaceutical manufacturing company is looking for a Front Desk Officer to join their team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will have previous relevant experience as an office administrator and speak excellent Greek and English. 1. Perform front desk duties.
2. Provide office/administrative support to Managers.
3. Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
4. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, fax, letters, packages etc.)
5. Provide administrative support for travel arrangements as required for staff/customers/guests, including booking flights, hotel accommodation, transportation etc.
6. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
7. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
8. Keep updated records and files.
9. Maintain and order office supplies.
10. Conduct research and prepare reports.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
11. Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or relative field.
12. Proven experience as Front Desk or similar administrative role.
13. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook etc).
14. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Greek language.
15. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
16. Integrity and confidentiality.
