PpbPosition: /b Warehouse Manager-Italy /p pbLocation: /b Italy (On-site) /p h3About the Role: /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse operations in Italy. This role is responsible for end-to-end warehouse management, team leadership, inventory control, and continuous improvement to support business growth in the European market. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liManage daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment /li liDevelop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs and operational standards /li liOversee inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy through cycle counts and periodic physical inventories /li liLead, train, and develop the local warehouse team; manage staffing, scheduling, and performance /li liEnsure full compliance with local labor laws, health safety regulations, and warehouse security standards /li liCollaborate closely with HQ supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues /li liManage relationships with local carriers and logistics partners; monitor delivery performance and exceptions /li liTrack, analyze, and report warehouse KPIs, driving cost control and operational efficiency improvements /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience /li liMinimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience; EU or overseas warehouse experience is a plus /li liStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and process optimization /li liHands-on experience with WMS and strong data analysis skills (Excel or similar tools) /li liExcellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills /li liAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment /li /ul h3Language Requirements: /h3 ul liChinese and Italian can be used as working languages; proficiency in English is a plus. /li /ul h3Nice to Have: /h3 ul liExperience in e-commerce, cross-border logistics, or third-party fulfillment centers /li liFamiliarity with Italian logistics networks and regulatory requirements /li liProven experience in warehouse setup, scaling, or operational improvement projects /li /ul h3What We Offer: /h3 ul liCompetitive salary package based on experience /li liLong-term career development opportunities within an international organization /li liA collaborative, results-driven, and multicultural working environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
