You will be part of the Operations team with the opportunity to have visibility across all departments in Artemest and contribute directly to key decision-making. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liBe responsible for setting up, maintaining and updating reporting systems (Salesforce, Redash…) to ensure accurate and timely insights. /li liSupport the COO in day-to-day operations by collecting, analyzing, and reporting key business data. /li liDevelop business reports and documentation, dashboards, presentations, and related materials. /li liSupport the Operations team in process mapping, process analysis, process improvement, and KPI tracking initiatives with a strong focus on data analysis and data management. /li liCooperate with internal teams to implement initiatives and document best practices. /li liConduct data analysis across key company areas to support operational and business decisions. /li liAnalyze recurring customer/supplier issues and enhance the customer experience with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and service quality. /li liProvide ad-hoc analytical support to other teams as needed. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, or a highly analytical background. /li li1-2 years of experience with structured operational processes (order management, supply chain, logistics) or post-sales operations and operating systems (e.g., Salesforce). /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel, and ability to query and manage databases using various languages/tools. /li liProficiency in PowerPoint for presentations, dashboards, and reporting. /li liAbility to independently extract datasets, analyze operational data and interpret KPIs. /li liGood understanding of data structures and data quality challenge. /li liPassion for data, strong problem-solving skills, and hand-on mindset. /li liHighly organized, data-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency. /li liAptitude for identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement. /li liCollaborative attitude and ability to work cross-functionally. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul h3Other Information /h3 ul liPositive workplace.
