Scope of Responsibilities: You will: Have a significant amount of individual responsibility in assisting the Director of Competition Law with designing, implementing and managing Accenture's global competition law program, including competition law issues associated with teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement and data management. Serve as one of Accenture's legal subject matter expert on competition laws by: providing advice to Accenture businesses and Legal Professionals regarding compliance with competition laws; designing tools, policies and other materials to improve Accenture's global compliance efforts; and developing and conducting training on competition law issues. Collaborate with Legal M&A colleagues to identify, analyze and mitigate substantive antitrust issues and coordinate merger control filings in the United States and around the world, and Assist in responding to government inquires.
