Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics.Your role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Content & Editorial Intern to join KIKO MILANO's Brand Team, reporting to the Editorial Coordinator.In particular, you will:Support the creation of creative and original copy for both offline and online channels, in line with the brand's tone of voice and guidelines Assist in adapting existing content across different touchpoints, ensuring consistency of messaging across channels Contribute to the collection of materials and information for the development of briefs and presentations Support the organization and accurate archiving of documents and content assets Assist in the internal content validation process, coordinating inputs from Legal and Regulatory teams Support the management of translation requests, liaising with internal Project Managers and external agencies (including uploads on internal platforms such as Wezen) Help track content delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with project deadlines and priorities Conduct basic research on competitors, communication trends, and relevant sources to support content development What you will need to succeedStrong writing skills and attention to detail Creative mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn Good organizational and interpersonal skills Flexible and proactive attitude, with interest in cross-functional collaboration Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Fluent in English (written and spoken), Knowledge of additional languages is a plusInterest in or exposure to the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries We would love if you hadStrong problem-solving skills & detail-orientedHighly collaborative style & willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teamsOpenness to a culture of continuous feedbackKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all'integrazione delle persone con disabilità all'interno dell'azienda. xivgfpx
