We seek a talented and charismatic Bar Manager to lead the Bar department at our Resort. You will be responsible for creating a premium Mixology experience, coordinating the team, and overseeing all operational and management aspects. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Management: Daily supervision of the Bar, ensuring service standards are aligned with Curio Collection by Hilton. - Menu Engineering: Developing an innovative cocktail list that highlights local Etnean excellence. - Leadership & Training: Managing, training, and motivating the Bartenders and Bar Commis. - Inventory & Cost Control: Monitoring Food & Beverage costs, managing orders, and inventory. - Guest Experience: Engaging with guests and actively promoting bar services to maximize revenue. Work Experience Requirements: - Languages: Mandatory proficiency in English and a second foreign language. - Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within 5-star hotels, high-end cocktail bars, or international environments. - Skills: Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary mixology, spirits, and coffee service. - Attitude: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
