Job Description:
A market leader in global financial services and next-generation multi-channel trading software systems is working with GRS to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their rapidly expanding Nicosia operation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Engaging in market research and identifying potential business opportunities.
2. Developing and implementing business development strategies to meet client needs.
3. Cultivating a sales-focused approach to expand and increase profitability.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
5. Expanding the affiliate network, including KOL/Influencer cooperation and online opportunities.
6. Serving as the first point of contact for Affiliates/IBs, providing support and resolving issues.
7. Providing technical and support assistance to VIP Affiliates/IBs as needed.
8. Coordinating multiple IB accounts.
9. Managing and updating the company’s Affiliates/IB systems.
10. Handling troubleshooting related to Affiliates/IB systems.
11. Escalating issues to management when necessary.
12. Preparing regular and ad hoc reports for management.
13. Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues.
14. Staying updated on industry trends and monitoring competitors.
15. Complying with internal policies and procedures.
16. Performing other tasks as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
* Over 1 year of relevant experience in the forex industry.
* Strong network within the forex industry, including brokers and investors.
* Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
* Additional languages are an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Results-oriented and driven.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel.
