The project involves implementing an existing Salesforce platform in a specific country, adapted to local needs, managed by the client’s internal delivery teams, with involvement from corporate and country stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : Coordinate the IT delivery of the Salesforce project in the designated country. Plan and understand functional and process contexts. Manage timelines and operational activities, including meetings, minutes, urgent tasks, and requirements tracking. Ensure compliance with the delivery lifecycle, including testing, data migration, and integration. Support CRM and functional processes such as orders, invoicing, sales, appointments, and stock management. Work mode : Partially remote work (3 out of 5 days on-site, flexible) in Milan. Proven experience as a Project Manager or PMO with 3-5 years in IT projects, especially software implementation and business processes. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with familiarity in methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or DevOps, and experience managing all phases from requirements gathering to maintenance. Knowledge of CRM/Salesforce project delivery lifecycle. Familiarity with frontend processes: orders, sales, invoicing, stock management. Ability to adapt to change and work under tight deadlines. Skills in stakeholder management, issue escalation, and problem anticipation. Flexibility, stress management, and proactive problem-solving skills.
