Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you!
The objective?

Interviews(the average number of interviews is 3 – the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).
During the interviews you will meet people from our team: your manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.
We will talk in depth about you, your experience and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test.

Your missions
Analyse client requirements and translate them into technical IT specifications
Model processes and systems usingUML methodology
Coordinate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business needs
Test developed features to ensure conformance with specifications
Provide user training and support during go-live phases
Support change management and ensure documentation is kept up to date
Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis
Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams
Your profile
Experience with functional and technical analysisin IT projects
Background as aDeveloper, mandatory
Experience withUML modelling and hybrid methodologies
Knowledge ofsoftware development lifecycleand testing procedures
Experience withenterprise-level ITenvironments and integration scenarios
Academic background: Computer science, Engineering or similar
Fluent Italian and English
You have an ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and synthesize complex information
