We are looking for a Fabric Soft Accessories Senior Designer based in Rome. The chosen candidate will support the team in the following activities: Collaborate closely with the category leader to propose and create products aligned with the Creative Direction's requests. Research and develop products consistent with the style, paying attention to aesthetics, functionality, fabrics, details, and colors. Creatively oversee the development of the collection in collaboration with the product office. Coordinate with category style offices to monitor collection progress and propose products in line with collections. Maintain constant communication with merchandising for commercial or special requests, price ranges, and category performance across Valentino Spa and Wholesale channels. Requirements: 4 years of experience in a similar role. Strong passion and knowledge of the category, both creatively and technically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Creative problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office suite.
