You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset. /p pYou will also have the opportunity to become familiar with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and culture of Baker Hughes, as well as our strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. /p h3As an Intern, you will be responsible for: /h3 ul liCompleting internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements /li liLearning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks /li liCollaborating with cross‑functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders /li liApplying Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained /li liCompleting internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements /li liAssisting engineers or technologists with ongoing projects by conducting research, data analysis, and providing technical support. /li liParticipating in the design process, creating drawings or prototypes, and contributing to the development of new products or technologies. /li liKeeping accurate records of experiments, designs, and project‑related information, and preparing reports or documentation as needed. /li liCollaborate in software development, coding, or programming tasks with engineers. /li liWorking as part of a team and communicating effectively with colleagues, engineers, and supervisors to achieve project goals, and identifying and addressing technical issues or challenges that arise during projects and proposing solutions. /li /ul h3To be successful in this role you will: /h3 ul liBe currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM‑related or business‑related program. /li liHave maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country. /li liBe fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills. /li liBe able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction. /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
