Scheduling and Training Support – VectorCSP
This position will plan and schedule aircrew flying and ground training to ensure smooth, efficient operations and training for aircrew and related personnel.
Base pay range : $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Clearance Required: Secret (SCI eligible)
Education: High School diploma.
Experience Required: Demonstrated experience showing ability to support a squadron level Scheduling and Training programs; ability to use PEX, GTIMS, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar programs.
Essential Duties
Develop and maintain schedules for both flight and ground training events, including simulator events, in line with required qualifications, upgrades, currency, and continuation training.
Serve as the primary Unit Training Manager (UTM) for the squadron, responsible for the effective scheduling, tracking, and documentation of all training activities, ensuring compliance with applicable training requirements and regulations.
Administer and track aircrew training progress by updating systems like ARMS (or equivalent) and maintaining daily logs of flight events, academic sessions, and other training milestones.
Perform routine checks and audits of gradebooks and personnel training records, ensuring all training requirements are met per AFIs (e.g., AFI 11‑202V1) and unit guidelines.
Document and track all scheduling changes, including flight operations, exercise requirements, and special training events (e.g., RED FLAG, GREEN FLAG), in the government’s directed database system.
Coordinate and submit any required forms (e.g., AF Form 1801, AF IMT 2407, DIPs, Altitude Reservations) to ensure proper clearance for training flights and exercises.
Work with the squadron and other relevant offices to determine aircraft configurations, equipment needs, and scheduling of simulators or other training devices, ensuring all operational and training needs are met.
