Based in Milan, the Financial Controller will manage and provide support with direct reporting to the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He/she will offer financial assistance addressing the company's needs regarding compliance with specific obligations related to business development, management, compliance, and reporting according to the guidelines of the Financial Department and applicable legal requirements.
Main Responsibilities :
* Responsible for analytical closing (balance sheet, profit and loss, deviations) of specific projects and countries.
* Budgeting and forecasting with daily communication to the relevant countries.
* Preparation of cash flows, calculation, and accounting of provisions.
* Supervision of project accounting.
* Node control and management.
* Ad hoc financial reporting.
* Support for organizational initiatives and procedures development.
* Supporting the audit processes of group companies.
* Performing additional duties related to the role as required.
Experience :
* 2-5 years of experience in financial reporting or a related field. Experience in the renewables industry is valued.
Required skills :
* Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field.
* Expertise in planning, controls, and finance.
* Professional fluency in English.
* Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
* Additional valued skills include:
Suite O365, Microsoft Office tools, and SAP (FiCo).
Primary location is Milan, with availability for international travel.
