Position Description
* Welcome, assist, and inform customers, helping them choose the best products based on their needs.
* Achieve sales targets within your department, following company procedures, and providing the services available in the department.
* Organize and independently develop daily activities for managing and arranging your department.
* Collaborate with colleagues to reach economic objectives.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in gardening activities and green maintenance.
* Knowledge of irrigation systems, garden equipment, and machines.
* Relational and negotiation skills.
* Flexibility, reliability, and precision.
* Teamwork attitude and ability to relate with the public to provide effective customer service.
* Availability to work on daytime shifts from Monday to Sunday.
What We Offer
* Initial fixed-term contract, 5th level CCNL, 4-6 months, with potential for stabilization.
* Training and support on products and store activities.
