Further expansion within a number of markets has created the opportunity for a COO in Italy in order to drive the advancement of the organisation and ensure delivery to their ambitious but achievable 5 year strategy. /p h3The Role /h3 pThe role will be to Authorise and Execute their strong portfolio of late stage Utility Scale Solar, Wind, BESS and Hydrogen projects, whilst driving the ongoing strategy Greenfield and MA development. /p pbSome duties would include: /b /p ul liDrive the delivery of the Italian portfolio in close cooperation with the local 20+ person team, the global management team, and centralised functional teams. /li liDevelop and execute 3-5 year global strategy to support accelerated growth and to operate at Scale whilst driving efficiency profitability /li liDrive the Development, Authorisation Construction of a 300MW+ pipeline of late-stage Utility Scale projects /li liDrive growth of a development portfolio through Greenfield MA. /li liEnsure success in areas such as PPAs, Financing, Pre-Construction, Construction, and Asset Management /li liOversee development of processes, tools, and best practices for effective Construction Asset Management, and for interfacing reporting across all internal and external stakeholders /li liStructure SPVs undertake board-level responsibilities /li liBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing team /li liLead establish relationships with OEMs, financial institutions, OM operators, governments, and major offtakers across region /li liBe the face of the business and strengthen the already positive reputation in the Italian market /li liExcellent future career opportunities /li /ul h3The Person /h3 pThe successful candidate will likely have: /p ul liBachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law or Engineering /li li3+ years in a leadership position with a renewables company /li liExperience leading negotiations with counterparts across the various areas of the development, construction, and OM phase of the lifecycle /li liStrong commercial technical knowledge, and financial acumen /li liSpeak Italian English /li /ul pIf you are looking for a challenging role with prospects to match, make your application without delay. /p pFor more information and a confidential career discussion please contact: /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
