From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity.Your Challenge As Technical Sales Professional, your mission will be to support the sales organization by developing high-quality technical and commercial proposals for electric mobility projects.
The role acts as a key interface between Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and external partners, ensuring competitive, compliant, and technically sound offers across eMobility applications (Depot/Fleet, Public Charging, Infrastructure).
ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer requirements, tenders, and RFQs in the electric mobility domainDefine the optimal technical solution (hardware, software, services) aligned with customer needs and internal portfolioPrepare complete technical proposals, including system architecture, single-line diagrams, layouts, and technical descriptionsContribute to commercial proposals in cooperation with Sales (costing assumptions, scope definition, exclusions)Ensure compliance with applicable standards, grid codes, and local regulations
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation, or similar technical field3–5 years of experience in technical proposal engineering, system engineering, or pre-salesExperience in electric mobility, power infrastructure, energy systems, or related industries is highly preferredSolid knowledge of electrical power systems (LV/MV), DC charging technologies, and grid integrationUnderstanding of eMobility ecosystems (charging hardware, backend software, energy management, services)Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical specificationsFamiliarity with standards and regulations (IEC, grid codes, safety standards) is a plusExperience with proposal tools, Excel-based costing, and technical documentationCAD tools and simulation tools are a plusPassion to never-stop growingRespect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledgeProficiency in English and ItalianEligibility to work in Italy
