Event Manager

We're looking for an Event Manager.
Not someone who simply organizes events.
But someone who can lead them from concept to execution, guiding teams, managing complexity, and delivering experiences that work: creatively, operationally, and financially.

Lead the vision
Translate client briefs into clear event concepts and strategic direction.
Structure projects from the beginning: timelines, milestones, workflows, and operational plans that allow teams to execute with precision.
Guide the creation of proposals and presentations that help win clients and build long-term partnerships.
Shape the project
Oversee the full lifecycle of corporate events, conventions, and incentive programs.
Select and manage suppliers, venues, and production partners.
Lead negotiations and supervise budgeting, estimates, and financial planning, ensuring every project is both creative and commercially sustainable.
Drive execution
Coordinate external partners to ensure every component is aligned.
Maintain oversight of logistics, technical production, travel arrangements, and operational planning.
Be present onsite when needed, ensuring the event runs smoothly and decisions are made quickly and effectively.
Own the result
Ensure every project closes with clear reporting, cost reconciliation, and margin analysis.
Evaluate results and identify opportunities for improvement and future projects.

What you bring
Experience managing corporate events, conventions, or incentive projects
Confidence working with clients, suppliers, and production teams
Strong experience in budgeting, supplier negotiation, and cost control
Ability to balance creative thinking with business impact
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fluent English
Availability for onsite presence and travel when required You are
