Guide creative research and idea development, in accordance with inputs received from the Head of Design. Including, research development and sketching (by hand).Take initiative in exploring and developing new ideas, following the inputs received from the Head of Design.Manage the complete design process from conception through to production.Support the Head of Design's vision and ensure a high standard of quality and creativity, with attention to detail, across all deliverables.Collaborate with Coordination, Product Development, Materials, and Merchandising teams to ensure the brand delivers.
Qualifications
At least 10 years of previous working experience gained in Fashion Design, knowledge of technical sportswear is a plus.Previous experience in Luxury brand.Degree in Fashion Design.Comfortable sketching by hand.Fluent in Italian and English.
