PpBased in our office in bCarpi (MO) /b, we are looking for an bHR Business Partner Retail /b to join our bHR Team /b and support the business through strategic people initiatives across multiple markets. /p pThis role is ideal for a dynamic HR professional who enjoys working close to the business and acting as a trusted partner for Store and Area Managers. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience, supporting people development, and ensuring that HR initiatives actively contribute to commercial success. /p h3CORE RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liImplement strategic HR projects across markets, in line with the overall company strategy and business objectives. /li liAct as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers of the assigned Stores, addressing requests, concerns, and operational needs. /li liManage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough, objective, and compliant investigations. /li liCollaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support the recruitment and retention of top retail talent. /li liSupport Store and Area Managers in evaluating career paths and developing Retail team members. /li liPartner with the Training department to identify training needs and support capability development initiatives. /li liEnsure full compliance with local labor laws, collective agreements, and internal HR policies. /li liManage and maintain HR data accuracy and integrity within HRIS systems. /li liPrepare and maintain reports and analyses related to HR activities and people KPIs. /li /ul h3SKILLS /h3 ul li3–4 years of experience in an HR role, ideally within structured retail or fast-paced environments. /li liStrong understanding of retail dynamics, including seasonality, high turnover, and peak trading periods. /li liExperience in employee relations, dispute management, and union interactions. /li liExcellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. /li liAbility to translate business needs into effective HR solutions that support performance. /li liStrong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a hands-on approach. /li liAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams. /li liWillingness to travel regularly to stores across different countries. /li liFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li /ul pIn Orbico SportStyle we believe that with success comes opportunity.
