We want to inspire our members to be healthy, feel good enjoy life. /ppbOVERALL MISSION /b /ppAs HR Business Partner you directly contribute aligning business objectives with internal stakeholders in the Italian Clubs (for Aspria and Aspresso Brand) and act as a consultant to club management team on human resource-related issues. To do this, you will develop strong partnerships across the organization, being a role model with regards to Aspria’s values and behaviours. You will assess and anticipate HR-related business needs and suggest integrated solutions. As a true business partner, you will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the organization’s strategy, its business results, its culture and its competition. /ppDUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES /ppbRecruitment /b /pulliResearch new channels, actively sourcing and contacting suitable candidates across all channels /liliScreening and interviewing candidates /liliProvides a great candidate onboarding experience /liliBuilds a strong network with schools and suitable partners to recruit junior talents /liliSupports the development of a strong employer brand positioning in collaboration with the HR management /li /ulpbTalent Development /b /pulliTogether with club management team identifies key talents develops individual development plans /liliPromotes the increase of the employee sentiment and supports in offering transparent career paths /liliCollaborates with the Head of HR Itay to identify training needs opportunities /liliOrganises and provides trainings for the Clubs /liliDrives an efficient onboarding process, including the facilitation of Company tools and training for new employees /liliHS trainings and medical visits handling /li /ulpbBusiness Partnering /b /pulliBuilds strong, trust-based business relationships with club management team /liliActively suggests new proposals in line with the identified gaps to mitigate business risks /liliWorks closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity retention /liliOperatively implements HR Projects /liliEnsures the HR brand standards are respected in the Clubs and act accordingly (uniforms check, orders and provider handling). /liliRefers to the Head of HR Italy the situations that require attention /li /ulpbKPI Management /b /pulliMeasures and analyses HR KPIs, identifies issues and proposes solutions /liliRegular reporting /liliBudgeting check and respect /liliMaintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day, reducing legal risks and increasing a better knowledge among managers /liliResolves employee relations issues – Club level /li /ulpbPayroll Labour costs /b /pulliCollaborates on annual budgeting /liliGuarantees together with HR admin the monitoring of the Club monthly variances (hiring, terminations or contractual changes) /liliPrepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports on personnel costs /liliAnalysis of labor costs to support business decisions /liliAbility to guide employees in case of payroll queries /liliCollaborates with HR Admin with the external Payroll Provider for the processing of monthly pay slips /liliCollaborates on the handling of staff presences and absences (attendance system). /liliEfficient running of all HR processes /liliEmployee Sentiment Survey /liliHR Budget /li /ulpbEducation / knowledge /b /pulliEducated to degree level in a relevant discipline /li /ulpbExperience /b /pulliAt least 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist role /liliVery good knowledge of Italian labour law experience with standard employee relations issues /liliRecruitment and talent management experience /liliProven experience with payroll and labor cost control /liliPrevious experience and attitude in reading and analysing labour costs /liliAbility to recruit, retain and develop exceptional team /liliStrong relationship building communication skills /liliStrong business acumen /liliGood written and verbal English /liliPayroll and HR management software /liliExcel (advanced level) /li /ulpThe position of HR Business Partner is a full-time role based in Milan with occasional travels to the Italian Clubs /ppuReporting to : /u Head of HR Italy /ppJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
