Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons tailored to diverse learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and adapt teaching materials that support bilingual education.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to guide their development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and respect for cultural diversity.
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and school activities.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience, preferably in bilingual or multicultural settings with children aged 0-6.
- Native-level proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
- Recognized teaching certifications (e.g., CELTA, CELTYL, TEFL) are highly valued.

Salary & Benefits
- Compensation will be defined in accordance with the ANINSEI national labor contract, taking into account the candidate’s skills and experience (gross annual salary range: €21,000-€24,000).
- Salary for Level 4 positions will be commensurate with previous experience.
