We’re looking for a candidate to take over the role of Senior Consultant.
You will play an active role in identifying and resolving the key challenges faced by our clients in the Operations and Supply Chain domain. Your contribution will involve analyzing complex scenarios, proposing innovative solutions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of improvements tailored to our clients’ specific needs.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Development of functional specifications for the digitalization and optimization of Supply Chain and Procurement processes;
- Design of agile, resilient, and sustainable Supply Chain models;
- Support for ESG, Sustainability, and Traceability initiatives within the Supply Chain domain;
- Assistance incrafting Business Models during the project definition phase.
The role requires possession of the following qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Management Engineering or Economics;
- Experience asa Consultant for at least 4 years;
- Strong inclination for quantitative analysis, particularly in industrial, consumer goods, fashion, and luxury sectors;
- Ability to work effectively in a team, build relationships, and communicate clearly;
- Flexibility, organizational skills, autonomy, and a strong aptitude for problem-solving;
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Fluent written and spoken English.
The professional profile is completed by excellent observation skills, relationship and interaction skills, communication, empathy, problem solving and attitude to work closely with people.
The work location will be our Milan site in Assago.
