We are looking for an Industrialization Engineer who will play a key role in transforming cutting‑edge RD designs into robust, scalable, and cost‑efficient industrial solutions. /p pIn this role, you will act as a vital connector between RD, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain, ensuring fast, high‑quality product availability – especially for Early Adopter Programs – and a seamless transition to Start of Production. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead end‑to‑end industrialization activities across all project phases (MS1–MS5), ensuring readiness for Start of Production /li liDefine and manage the industrialization master plan, including process concepts, capacity, validation strategy, and risk mitigation /li liCollaborate closely with International RD to embed manufacturability, testability, and scalability into product design /li liDrive modular manufacturing strategies and promote reuse of standardized processes, equipment, and tooling /li liLead DFx (DfM, DfT, DfA, DfS) activities and translate design requirements into robust manufacturing processes /li liDefine manufacturing concepts (layout, automation, flow) and manage CapEx projects including supplier selection and commissioning /li liMonitor and improve industrial performance KPIs (FPY, OEE, cycle time), driving continuous cost reduction and efficiency gains /li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or similar) /li liAt least 2 years of experience in industrialization, NPI, or production engineering /li liProven experience working in cross‑functional and international environments /li liStrong knowledge of DFx methodologies and special processes (e.g., coating, potting, automation) /li liSolid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem‑solving methods (8D, DMAIC) /li liExperience managing projects through gated milestones up to SOP and ramp‑up /li liExcellent communication skills with fluent professional English and Italian /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pExperience with MES/ERP systems, digital manufacturing, or data collection architectures is a plus, as well as familiarity with CAD tools and automation technologies (robotics, vision systems, in‑line testing). /p pIn this role, success means delivering faster and more predictable industrialization through standardized and modular solutions, ensuring high‑quality and timely EAP builds, and achieving a smooth and controlled start of production with strong operational performance. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
