Qualifications Desired Qualifications: Any combination of training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. One year of related experience in developing/administering partnerships/contracts with K-12 districts or working with student support programs at the high school level or in higher education. Knowledge: supervisory experience, outreach and recruitment principles, data analysis, budget administration, public relations, record keeping, and understanding of programs serving diverse student populations. Skills and Abilities: develop and evaluate high-impact practices, build community partnerships, deliver engaging presentations, collaborate across college and outreach sites, analyze data, recruit and retain students, strong organizational and communication skills, cultural competence.
