Responsibilities
* Welcoming guests, handling luggage, and coordinating delivery service with porters
* Registering and taking charge of cars in compliance with procedures
* Providing guest car service and short-range shuttle transfers
* Coordinating the guest E‑bike service
* Managing departures with car handling and luggage delivery, strictly following internal procedures
Requisiti
* Esperienza di almeno 1 anno nel ruolo, maturata in contesti alberghieri con elevati standard di servizio
* Buona conoscenza PC, pacchetto Office, e-mail e navigazione internet
* Patente B
* Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese
* Spiccate capacità relazionali e orientamento all’ospite
Qualifications
* At least 1 year of experience in the role within high-standard hospitality contexts
* Good knowledge of PC, Office package, email, and internet browsing
* Driving license B
* Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
* Strong interpersonal skills and guest orientation
