Responsibilities Manage customer requests via telephone, e-mail or chat, ensuring quick and accurate resolution Provide detailed information about the company’s products and services Identify and understand customer needs Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues or escalate complex requests Manage and monitor support tickets, ensuring requests are closed satisfactorily Collect customer feedback to improve products and services Keep ITSM databases and systems updated with relevant customer information and interactions Provide proactive support, anticipate customer needs and offer preventive solutions Support CSM activities (data collection and license monitoring for SDS preparation and customer cost monitoring) Must Have Experience in customer service or similar roles Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with CRM systems and ticket management platforms Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously Team player with a collaborative mindset Knowledge of foreign languages (preferably English) Experience in the company’s sector (software, IT, etc.) Soft Skills We are looking for a person with problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, flexibility, motivation and customer orientation.
